Approved: ICC (1 - 2 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-P (5 μg/mL), WB (0.2 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.2-2 μg/mL. Detects CAR in lysates of CHO cells transfected with hCAR and mouse small intestine lysates. Immunocytochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL. Positive immunostaining for CAR in HeLa cells, hCAR transfected CHO cells. Does not detect CAR in untransfected CHO cells fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton-X. - Kommentare
