- Hintergrund
- CD197/CCR7, also known as EBI1, is a member of the 7-transmembrane G-protein coupled chemokine receptor family. It is expressed on T, B, and mature dendritic cells and is up-regulated in CD4+ T cells in response to infection with human herpesvirus (HHV)-6 and HHV-7. It is reported that increased CCR7 expression plays a role in lymphoid organ infiltration of adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) cells.Synonyms: BLR2, C-C CKR-7, C-C chemokine receptor type 7, CC-CKR-7, CCR-7, CMKBR7, EBI1, EBV-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1, EVI1, MIP-3 beta receptor
