- Hintergrund
- This antibody reacts with a 25 kDa molecular weight. The antigen is expressed on eosinophils, granulocytes, monocytes and numerous stromal cells. This CD9 antigen belongs to the TM4 superfamily of cell surface proteins with the N- and C-terminals cytoplasmically located. This antibody reacts immunohistochemically on frozen sections of platelets, monocytes and pre-B cells with differential staining on lymphoid and epithelial tissues.
