- Spezifität
- This antibody recognises CD4. Epitope mapping studies have shown that clone RPA-T4 recognises an epitope within domain 1 of the extracellular region of the CD4 Molecule. Clone RPA-T4 has been reported to block gp120-CD4 interaction and inhibit syncytium formation (See Voehringer, D. et al. for details).

Functional Assays. Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 μL whole blood. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/200 - 1/2000. Recommended Positive Control: Human lymphatic tissue
