Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: 1/10- 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100 μL. Western Blot: under reducing conditions, This antibody detects a band of approximately 60 kDa.

Hintergrund: Mucosal Addressin Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 (MAdCAM-1) is a 60kD transmembrane protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. MAdCAM-1 is strongly expressed on mucosal lymphoid tissue and high endothelial venules of Peyers patches.
