SM2262P recognises the CD62P cell surface antigen, a 140 kDa glycoprotein also known as P-selectin. Clone Psel.KO.2.12 is reported to inhibit P-Selectin-dependent adhesion between HL60 cells and P-Selectin transfected COS cells (1). We recommend the use of SM2262LE for this purpose.

Affinity Chromatography on Protein G
Immunogen
CD62P transfected 300.19 cells. Remarks: Spleen cells from immunised CD62P knock-out mice (Strain C57/B6) were fused with cells of the NS-1 myeloma cell line.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/50-1/100 diluted antibody to label 106 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistology on Frozen Sections. Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
