  • Applikationshinweise

Application Note: Anti-Lactoperoxidase Biotin Conjugated Antibody has been tested by Dot blot and western blot and is suitable to be assayed against 1.0 μg of Lactoperoxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:6,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for Anti-Lactoperoxidase.

    Western Blot Dilution: 1:50 - 1:500

    Immunoprecipitation Dilution: 1:100

    ELISA Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,000

    Hintergrund
Background: Lactoperoxidase antibody recognizes the lactoperoxidase protein. Lactoperoxidase catalyzes the oxidation of a number of inorganic and organic substrates by hydrogen peroxide. Lactoperoxidase plays an important role in killing bacteria in milk. Lactoperoxidase conjugated to Biotin is used to detect the specific target of the lactoperoxidase protein. Lactoperoxidase conjugated to Biotin is suitable for researchers in immunology and biochemistry.
