Working dilution: Optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
The following are guidelines only :
ELISA (10 - 20 μg/mL). Optimized for 25 μg cell lysate (Jurkat, H9, HeLa) on the solid phase. IF (5 - 10 μg/mL). Optimized for CEM cells adhered to glass slides with poly-L-lysine and fixed in paraformaldehyde.
