Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:50-1:100. Avidin-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase complex (ABC) as detection reagent. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with cytoskeletal vimentin extract of calf lens.
