Western Blot: Approx 65 kDa band observed in Rat Retina lysates (calculated MW of 60.9 kDa according to Human NP_000320.1 and 61.0 kDa according to Rat NP_446014.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
