Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Detects recombinant protein containing the HA-tag at the N-terminus in RIPA lysates from HEK293 cells. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg/mL. Reported to immunoprecipitate recombinant HA-tagged fusion protein. Immunocytochemistry: 5 μg/mL. Reported to immunostain HA-tagged fusion protein.
