Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa and 60 kDa bands observed in human brain and human liver lysates at 1 on limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HEK293, A549 and HepG2 (calculated MW of 36.0 kDa according to NP_064695.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 ? of primary. Please note that the band we observe is different from the predicted size of approximately 79 kDa according to NP_005658.
