- Hintergrund
- Initiate Factor 3 (IF3) is a novel gene isolated from mouse oocyte. IF3 is a secretory protein andexpressed in oocyte, ovary and liver by mRNA level. It became clear that IF3 regulated differentiation.This antibody was established from the purified serum immunized with partial peptide of mouse IF3. This antibody is useful for studying IF3 in liver and embryo.
