Hintergrund
The protein encoded by this gene represents the alpha subunit of the Go heterotrimeric G-protein signal-transducing complex. Defects in this gene are a cause of early-onset epileptic encephalopathy. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.,GNAO1,EIEE17,G-ALPHA-o,GNAO,HLA-DQB1,NEDIM,Epigenetics & Nuclear Signaling,Translation Control,Regulation of eIF4 and p70 S6 Kinase,Signal Transduction,G protein signaling,G-Protein-Coupled Receptors(GPCR),PI3K-Akt Signaling Pathway,mTOR Signaling Pathway,Phospholipase Signaling Pathway,MAPK-P38 Signaling Pathway,Cell Biology & Developmental Biology,Microtubules,Neuroscience,GNAO1
