Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 2-4 μg/mL. Detects phosphorylation signal using human MMRU cells treated with 0.1 uM okadaic acid. ELISA: 0.5-4 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 10 μg/mg.
