Protein G Affinity Chromatography. Then, the antibody fraction is peptide affinity purified in a 2-step procedure with control and phosphorylated peptides. The phospho-specific antibody is eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Immunogen
This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Y766 of human IL3R.
ELISA: 1/1,000. Dot Blot: 1/500. Western Blot: 1/100-1/500. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

IL3R (also known as CSF2RB) is a common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and GM-CSF. Defective IL3R has been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP). PAP is an autosomal recessive fatal respiratory disease.Synonyms: Cytokine receptor common subunit beta, GM-CSF-RB, GM-CSF/IL-3/IL-5 receptor common beta-chain, IL3RB, IL5RB
