Applikationshinweise
Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx 85 kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates and in lysates ofcell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 65.5 kDa according to NP_005569.1). The observedmolecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from othercommercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1 - 0.3 μg/mL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

LPP (LIM containing lipoma preferred partner), is a scaffolding protein which contains three LIM domains at its carboxy terminus, preceded by a proline rich pre LIM region containing a number of protein interaction domains. LPP localizes to sites of cell adhesion, such as focal adhesions and cell-cell contacts, and shuttles to the nucleus where it has transcriptional activation capacity. The human LPP gene maps to chromosomal location 3q28, and preferentially translocates to the HMGIC gene in a subclass of human benign mesenchymal tumors known as lipomas.Synonyms: LIM domain-containing preferred translocation partner in lipoma, LPP, Lipoma-preferred partner
