Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 90 kDa band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Liver lysates (calculated MW of 77.0 kDa according to NP_000932.3). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
