Hintergrund: Alpha-L-fucosidase (EC 3.2.1.51) is a lysosomal enzyme involved in the degradation of fucose-containing glycoproteins and glycolipids. At least 2 separate polymorphic alpha-L-fucosidases are recognised in man.
