Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000. ECL. S100 protein (bovine and human) is ~21kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
