- Produktmerkmale
- HNF4A (hepatocyte nuclear receptor 4A, NR2A1, TCF14) is an orphan nuclear receptor and activator of transcription. HNF4A is major regulator of the hepatocytic phenotype and regulates genes involved in the control of lipid homeostasis. Mutations in HNF4A can cause maturity onset diabetes of the young (MODY1). HNF4A binds DNA as a homodimer and is involved in the development of the liver, kidney and intestine. HNF4A antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
