KLF6 (Kruppel-like factor 6) is member of the Kruppel-like family of transcription factors and is a zinc finger protein that acts as a transcriptional activator and functions as a tumor suppressor. Could play a role in B-cell growth and development. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene, some of which are implicated in carcinogenesis. KLF6 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Western blot, it has been shown to react with Mouse samples.
