Applikationshinweise: G28-1 antibody was used to deplete normal and malignant B cells (Hayden-Ledbetter, unpublishesd). This antibody and antibody fragments derived therefrom have been used in the research and trials on the generation of novel immunotherapuetic agents, alternative to anti-CD20 therpaies (rituximab) (Robak and Robak, 2014).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
