Immunogen: Rabbits were immunized with highly purified human ferritin from liver and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a ferritin containing immunosorbent. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody reacts with human ferritin as determined by IEP and ELISA techniques. It is suitable for blotting and ELISA applications. This antibody may cross react with ferritin from other species. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
