Hintergrund

Rabbits were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected and the antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The affinity- purified antibodies were then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Specification: Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were analyzed by ELISA and Western blot.
