Chickens were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the Ig fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase matrix then conjugated with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC).
