Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ACVR1C antibody (Catalog #: ARP52836_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
ACVR1C is a type I receptor for the TGFB family of signaling molecules. Upon ligand binding, type I receptors phosphorylate cytoplasmic SMAD transcription factors, which then translocate to the nucleus and interact directly with DNA or in complex with other transcription factors.ACVR1C is a type I receptor for the TGFB (see MIM 190180) family of signaling molecules.
