Applikation
Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB)
Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CREB1 antibody (Catalog #: AVARP01026_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
CREB1 is a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. This protein binds as a homodimer to the cAMP-responsive element, an octameric palindrome. The protein is phosphorylated by several protein kinases, and induces transcription of genes in response to hormonal stimulation of the cAMP pathway. This gene encodes a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. Alternate splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. This gene encodes a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins.
