Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TBC1D10C antibody (Catalog #: ARP55894_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

Hintergrund
TBC1D10C inhibits the Ras signaling pathway through its intrinsic Ras GTPase-activating protein (GAP) activity. TBC1D10C acts as a negative feedback inhibitor of the calcineurin signaling pathway that also mediates crosstalk between calcineurin and Ras.Carabin is an endogenous inhibitor of calcineurin (see MIM 114105) that also inhibits the Ras (see MIM 190020) signaling pathway through its intrinsic Ras GTPase-activating protein activity (Pan et al., 2007 [PubMed 17230191]).[supplied by OMIM].
