Application Note: OspA is suitable as a control in immunological assays. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at 70.5 kDa for OspA-MBP, (28.1 kDa for OspA and 42.4 for MBP) in size corresponding to OspA by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
