Application Note: ERK1 pT202-pY204 is an activated recombinant protein suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-ERK in immunological assays. ERK1 can be activated by in vitro phosphorylation by MEK proteins. For western blot use at 50 ng or less. For other assays concentration is user optimized.
