- NOP16 is transcriptionally regulated by c-Myc and upregulated in breast cancer. Overexpression is associated with poor patient survival. Recombinant human NOP16 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
