- Informationen zur Lagerung
- Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Maintain sterility. This product DOES NOT contain preservative. DO NOT VORTEX. We recommend adding a carrier protein such as HSA or BSA to 0.1% (i.e. 1.0 mg/mL). For best results aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or colder. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge vial before each opening to dislodge contents from the cap and to clarify if contents are not clear after standing at room temperature.

Synonyms: Macrophage inflammatory protein 2-beta (MIP-2β), Growth-regulated protein gamma(GRO-gamma), GRO3
Background: Growth Regulated Proteins (GRO) are a group of three proteins, GRO-α, -β and -g, that are encoded by three distinct genes. All 3 GRO proteins can bind to the same receptors, but with differing affinities, and stimulate a number of biological responses including chemotaxis, angiogenesis, and growth regulation. More specifically, GRO gamma (also called CXCL3), can act through chemokine receptor CXCR2 to promote monocyte migration and adhesion. Recombinant human GRO gamma is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 73 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 7.9 kDa.
