- Informationen zur Lagerung
- Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Maintain sterility. This product DOES NOT contain preservative. DO NOT VORTEX. We recommend adding a carrier protein such as HSA or BSA to 0.1% (i.e. 1.0 mg/mL) . For best results aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or colder. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge vial before each opening to dislodge contents from the cap and to clarify if contents are not clear after standing at room temperature.

Background: Interleukin (IL-9) is known to regulate many cell types involved in T- helper type 2 responses classically associated with asthma, including B- and T- lymphocytes, mast cells, eosinophils and epithelial cells. Growing evidence obtained from human genomic analysis and antigen-challenged transgenic mice suggests that IL-9 is a candidate factor in immunoglobulin E (IgE) production and thus is thought to be associated with bronchial inflammation and bronchial hyperresponsiveness (BHR). Recombinant Human IL-9 produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated single polypeptide chain containing 127 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 14,004 Daltons.
