- Beschränkungen
- Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Rekonstitution
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
- Lagerung
- 4 °C,-80 °C
- Informationen zur Lagerung
- Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Haltbarkeit
- 12 months

- Hintergrund
- ErbB, EC 2.7.10, EC 2.7.10.1, EGFR, mENA, LEGFR, ERBB, ERBB1, HER1, PIG61, NISBD2,The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is overexpressed in a variety of human epithelial tumors, often as a consequence of gene amplification. Tumors with EGFR gene amplification frequently contain EGFR gene rearrangements, with the most common extracellular domain mutation being EGFRvIII. This mutation leads to a deletion of exons 2-7 of the EGFR gene and renders the mutant receptor incapable of binding any known ligand.
- Molekulargewicht
- 41.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
