Format
Lyophilized
Rekonstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Lagerung
4 °C,-80 °C
Informationen zur Lagerung
Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Haltbarkeit
12 months
Target
KIR2DL2
(Killer Cell Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor, Two Domains, Long Cytoplasmic Tail, 2 (KIR2DL2))
NKAT6 Protein, p58.2 Protein, CD158b Protein, CD158B1 Protein, killer cell immunoglobulin like receptor, two Ig domains and long cytoplasmic tail 2 Protein, KIR2DL2 Protein
Hintergrund
Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL2,CD158 antigen-like family member B1,MHC class I NK cell receptor,NKAT-6,p58 NK receptor CL-43,CD158b1,KIR2DL2,CD158B1,NKAT6,KIR2DL2 (2DL2, formerly NKAT6, designated CD158b) is a 348 amino acid (aa) type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the human killer cell Ig-like receptor (KIR) family. KIRs are expressed on human CD56dim NK cells and T cell subsets, and regulate effector functions in the innate immune system.KIR2DL2 is receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for HLA-Cw1, 3, 7, and 8 allotypes. Inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis.
Molekulargewicht
27.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
