- Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Rekonstitution
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
- Lagerung
- 4 °C,-80 °C
- Informationen zur Lagerung
- Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

- Hintergrund
- R-spondin-1, RSPO1, CRISTIN3, FLJ40906, RP11-566C13.1, RSPO,The R-spondins are members of a superfamily of thrombospondin type 1 repeat (TSR-1)-containing proteins. The prototype member (discovered in 1971) was isolated from platelets that had been stimulated with thrombin, and was therefore designated 'thrombin-sensitive protein.
- Molekulargewicht
- 27.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-42 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
