Handhabung

Buffer: Frozen in 20 mM CH0 OONa, pH 4.5, with 1 mM EDTA and 100 M NaCl.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: Donor samples were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2. Nonetheless caution should be used when handling this material as there is a margin of error in all tests.
