Applikationshinweise: Application Note: Anti-Chicken IgM Biotin Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Chicken IgM in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:40,000 is suggested for this product. Formed from covalently linking 5 immunoglobulins together, the approximate molecular weight of IgM is 900 kDa and possesses 10 binding sites (though due to the size of most antigens, not all sites are capable of binding at once).
