- Application Note: Anti-MOUSE IgG + IgM (H&L) (GOAT) Rhodamine Antibody has been tested by dot blot and is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. A working dilution of 1:15,000 to 1:70,000 of the concentration is suggested for this product. Mouse IgG and IgM antibody is suitable for immunoassays including western blot and ELISA.
