Immunogen
Goat anti-Chicken IgY (H + L) (Alk Phos) was raised in Goat using purified chicken IgY (whole protein) emulsified in Freund's adjuvant as the immunogen.
Supplied in liquid form in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.0, with 0.01 % thimerosal, 1.0 M MgCl2, 0.1 M NaCl, 0.02 % sodium azide added as an antimicrobial agent and 0.2 % BSA.
