Applikationshinweise: For quantification of IgA in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants using ELISA and for enumeration of IgA (total and antigen-specific) producing cells using ELISpot. Human IgA: In ELISA, MT57 is recommended as coating mAb in combination with ALP-conjugated detection mAb MT20 .
